Mark Levy

Work Experience
Mark is a retired registered patent attorney. During his career of more than 40 years, he was a partner with the law firm, Thompson Hine LLP in Dayton, where he served many years as the Intellectual Property Practice Group Leader. He has negotiated numerous technology development and license agreements and participated in several significant and successful patent litigations.

As an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR), Mark focuses his work on Intellectual Property Strategy, including management, prosecution, and enforcement of all aspects of intellectual property, technology licensing, joint venture agreements, intellectual property audits, patent application strategy, foreign patent strategy, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.

Mark is also an investing member of the Ohio Tech Angels Fund (OTAF III and OTAF IV) and the Dayton Development Coalition’s Entrepreneur Signature Program.
