Megan Yoder

Megan was born and raised in Indiana and came to the University of Dayton to play golf, where she spent four years as a student-athlete. During her time at UD, she balanced athletics with hands-on professional experience, working as a Business Associate Intern with the Crotty Center to support a range of entrepreneurship and innovation initiatives. She also served as Co-Managing Director of Flyer Angels, where she gained experience in venture evaluation, leadership, and collaborative decision-making.

Megan graduated in May and began her professional career at Ernst & Young in Indianapolis, where she works in the assurance practice. In this role, she continues to build her analytical skill set while supporting clients through high-quality financial reporting and assurance services.

What inspires you most about entrepreneurship?
  • I’m most inspired by the passion and grit entrepreneurs bring to the table. It’s amazing to watch people pursue meaningful work they truly care about. I love being in a position where I can provide support to help them turn their ideas into something real.
