Rotunda Fund
The Rotunda Fund is an investment fund founded by us right here in Dayton, Ohio, managed by an Investment Committee as well as an EC fund manager. The Fund is available for Dayton area entrepreneurs who have sales but need to scale their companies. Businesses in need of working capital can also apply for a Rotunda Fund investment.
This fund does not require entrepreneurs to give up a percentage of their companies. Instead, the investment is paid back monthly as a negotiated percentage of sales over a period of time.

EC Angels
The EC manages the EC Angels, a group of more than 40 local investors who are committed to supporting local startups and small businesses while leveraging investment opportunities for their own wealth generation. EC Angels meet monthly to see pitches from companies that are looking for investment. Investment terms can vary, depending on the stage of the company, traction in the market, and expectations of investors.
