What do you enjoy most about being an EIR?
  • Most CEOs of start-ups know their product/service inside and out, however, they don’t always have the skills or experience in implementing a strategy to build a successful company from the concept phase. I love working with entrepreneurial CEOs to understand their identity profile – i.e., value proposition, distinctive capabilities – and develop a clear strategic intent. As a corporate leader, it is important to identify where you want to be in the next five years, ten years, and back into a strategy to help guide you there.
